Please take time to read these terms and conditions it is important for both of us that you understand our contractual relationship relating to your use of BookaHummer. We will not allow you to purchase any products or services from BookaHummer unless you have confirmed that you have read these terms.

  1. BookaHummer operates to an agency model. This means that we act as a disclosed agent for third party suppliers i.e. vehicle operators. What this means is that the contract for the product is between you and the supplier. In most cases this will mean that there are additional terms and conditions governing the contract as each supplier will have terms and conditions relating to that product. Please make sure that you have read these terms and conditions before completing your transaction with us.  You can find these on our website in the Operators Terms & Conditions area or you can easily request them from our Customer Services by using one of the methods detailed at the end of these terms.  Where we act as agent this will mean that we have no contractual liability to you in respect of that product. However, we may still be liable to you if we have been negligent; we have misrepresented important information or have been in breach of any other relevant law.
  2. All products and services sold through BookaHummer.co.uk are not an offer by BookaHummer.co.uk to sell any product, but an invitation to you to make an offer to our suppliers. We are free to accept that offer on behalf of those suppliers or to reject it. We will send you an e-mail confirming the contract if you are purchasing from the website.
  3. When you make a booking from BookaHummer.co.uk you are using a service provided by Exclusive Vehicles Limited.  Exclusive Vehicles Ltd is registered in England and Wales with registered number 5362678. Its trading address is 732 The Big Peg, 120 Vyse Street, Birmingham. B18 6NF.
  4. All Quotes are valid for up to 5 days and are subject to availability, to avoid disappointment we recommend that you book on the day the quote is given.
     
  5. Rates – All rates are quoted inclusive of VAT where applicable.  Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed when following confirmation of the contract.
  1. All bookings are subject to a booking deposit which is payable in advance.  Your booking cannot be confirmed until this deposit has been paid in full.  Payment for a booking must be received in full at least 30 days before the booking date.  Failure to do so could jeopardise your booking and result in penalty charges being levied against you.   If your payment card is declined for whatever reason we reserve the right not to fulfill your booking.  We do accept BACS transfer as an alternative payment method. 

  2. Cancellation / Amendments / Refunds - If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform BookaHummer.co.uk via email to amendments@bookahummer.co.uk quoting your reference number or by phoning our Customer Services department as soon as possible.  BookaHummer will endeavor to assist in arranging a change of booking although we can not guarantee to make a change or keep a booking at the originally quoted price.  BookaHummer.co.uk reserves the right to apply an administration fee of £20 per booking for any modifications or changes you request.  If you need to cancel a booking, you must give at least 30 days notice or you will be liable for the full cost of the booking.  Prior to 30 days notice it is to the individual Operators discretion whether to refund any money, we are unable to refund the Booking commission. 

  3. Under current licensing laws Hummer limousines are permitted to carry up to 16 passengers under the basis the vehicle(s) have had a schedule 6 conversion and are booked under self drive regulations.

  4. BookaHummer can not guarantee a specific Hummer vehicle at the time of booking, in the event of a specific colour or variation becoming unavailable; we endeavor to source a Hummer vehicle that is of similar specification on your behalf.  If in the unlikely event the chosen operator can not fulfill a booking we will look to source a similar service with another operator.  If BookaHummer can not source another operator a full refund will be provided.
     
  5. BookaHummer may pass your credit card (or details of any other payment method allowed) and any other essential booking details to the supplier in the case of any violation within the operators terms & conditions you agree to.  The placing of an order for any goods and services by you will constitute consent to us passing on such details. 

  6. You undertake to us that the details you give to us while on the phone or sent via the internet are correct in particular that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service.

  7. BookaHummer.co.uk may from time to time send you information via email or mobile SMS on our products, services or events.  If you would like to opt out of our mailing list please mention so in the additional information field when making an enquiry on the web, please mention verbally to opt out when making a booking or enquiry over the phone.

  8. BookaHummer.co.uk does not make any warranty that the website or email system is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

In order for us to assist with your query as quickly as possible, please make sure that you have your reference number.  In most cases we can only discuss order information with the person who made the booking.
